In the mist of his pain there was always a sense of peace. We have lost a precious gem, but I know his sparkle is lighting up Heaven all day. He has gone from among us, but his spirit will always be within us. Lean on the Lord, be strong in His might and He will strengthen our broken hearts.

I was saddened to hear of the passing of Mr. Trotter. I’m keeping the family in my prayers during this difficult time. Mr. Trotter will always have a special place in my heart. Over the years, we have talked about the word of God for many hours and although many things stand out for me now, I remember him speaking of “When I get to heaven…” We used to talk about this one factor SO much until I can hear it now! I know he knew the Lord and that he had faith he would receive his crown someday. Mr. Trotter was a remarkable person. He was a true business man, a man of God, and a jovial-respectful friend to me. I will miss him dearly. Although this time is very difficult, please remember that John 11:24-25 tells us that those who die in Christ shall live again.

    To the Trotter Family:
I send my condolences to each of you. Uncle John was one of my favorite former uncle in laws who I will ALWAYS remember. I was very shock to hear of such news when I seen some announcements on Facebook. I know that his funeral will be a celebration of his home going. This is just how the Trotter family does it. (Smile)

When a man knows God "When a man knows God, he is free: his sorrows have an end, and birth and death are no more. When in inner union he is beyond the world of the body, then the third world, the world of the Spirit, is found, where the power of the All is, and man has all: for he is one with the ONE." John knew the Spirit of God.
  17. The Elton Family
    To the Trotter Family:
My wife and I would like to express our deepest sympathy over the loss of Mr. Trotter. He will be missed by everyone who knew him. When we read Genesis 1:28 and 31, we find that sickness and death were not a part of God's original purpose. How thankful we are that our grand Creator plans to restore his original purpose and make it possible for all mankind (including loved ones we have lost in death) to live forever under perfect conditions. (Revelation 21:3-5; John 5:28,29) It is our hope that these words bring you a measure of comfort during this difficult time. Once again, please accept our condolences as you deal with the loss of John and contemplate the hope of seeing him again.
