    J. T. was my Mother's first cousin, her Dad and his Mother where brothers and sisters. I have many fond memories of Aunt Morgan, Uncle Andy and all of the Shaw boys. When I was growing up in Arkansas we had big Price Reunions each summer and our family looked forward to see all the cousins. That is a great picture of J. T. and as I remember that smile was most always present. My sympathy to the family.

    Judy, Johnna & family,
Am so sadden to hear of J.T. passing. Be comforted knowing that he is not suffering any longer.
JT & Wilmot were both very special family friends to the entire McDaniel family.
My Mother, JoAnn Meek McDaniel and Wilmot were childhood friends as were my Dad, Robert Ben "Rabbit" McDaniel and JT. Your parents introduced my parents to each others. So guess they were responsible for us even being here today.
Our parents often were at each others homes so often, your parents seemed like my 2nd set of parents and the 2 of you felt like my 5th & 6th Sisters.
JT, Wilmot & your Uncle Clyde wre the only ones to call me Bubba and my sister, JoBeth, they called Sissy. And even as adults they continued to call us by those monikers.
I have so many fond memories of both them.
I am sure that Mother, Dad and Wilmot were waiting on JT with open arms. I can envision the 4 of them, along with their others close friends sitting around reliving old memories. And I would imagine if there is fishing in Heaven, Daddy and JT have a fishing trip already planned.
I could go on & on, but will close.
Sorry our it is under these solemn circumstances that our families reunited through fond memories of our parents.

  10. SANDRA ADAMS
WE have lost another great man, a gentleman, and a true Christian. You will be missed by all your nieces and nephews. You were always there for us, and we will miss you for many reasons. You can now be with your parents, deceased brothers, and most of all, with a loving wife. Our prayers are with his daughters, Johnna and Judy, and their families. May the coming days be of only good memories. Our uncle J.T.Shaw, may you be at peace and with your Lord.
