Margaret Bishop Calhoun, 91 formerly of Monticello, passed away, Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at Livingston Hospital in Salem, KY.

She was born in Houston, MS but spent most of her life in Monticello. She was a school teacher for five years in the 1940's and a beautician for fifty years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ira & Maida Bishop and three brothers and five sisters.

Survivors include one daughter, Cheryl Calhoun Rice of Marion, KY; one son, Charles Calhoun and wife Eddie of Redfield; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
