FLORISSANT, MO Wednesday, March 4, 2015 We would like to extend our deepest most heartfelt sympathy to the entire Jones family on the occasion of Terry's death. As you all well know, this Husband/ Father/ Son and Brother did more with less for numerous years facilitating the June Dinner/Juneteenth annual celebration. His almost single-handed effort to continue this historical community wide homecoming each year can only be described as heroic!! Hopefully, with his on timely death, the contribution and tireless work of this humble man will be better appreciated by all of those who have greatly benefited having participated in this traditional event.
As with Terry's transition from this life to a greater glory, many of his peers born in the "Quarters" (Wilmar,AR), who's numbers are being reduced annually, can only rejoice knowing that we will all find deeper meaning as we grow spiritually, accepting that there's only one truly magnificent and eternal god.
Respectfully,
Ed Vickers & Family
