He was a sales representative for Sysco Foods and a Christian. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Clyde and Syble Chism and his paternal grandparents, Joe and Erna Busch.
Survivors include his wife, Tammy Burns Busch of Monticello; one son, Joseph Charles "Trey" Busch, III of Monticello; his parents, Joseph Charles Busch, Sr. and Barbara Chism Busch of Monticello; one sister, Melissa Busch Petty and husband Jeff of Monticello; one brother, Timothy Clyde Busch and wife Bonnie of Sheridan; three nephews, Justin Petty of Monticello, Devin and Dade Roark of Benton; one niece, Annelise Petty of Monticello; father and mother-in-law, Mike and Judy Burns of Shongaloo, LA; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Shelley Taylor and Joe of Benton; brother-in-law Brandon Burns of Monroe, LA; along with several uncles, aunts, other relatives and friends.
