Betty was an active member of the First Presbyterian Church of Monticello, Arkansas, and the Eureka Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. She was well known throughout the community for her culinary talents.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Herschel, and her son, Dr. Phil Collins.
She is survived by her son Jim (Becky) of Mississippi; her daughter-in-law Karen of Virginia; her brother Robert Baker; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Thursday, June 14,. at Oakland Cemetery in Monticello, Arkansas.
