  2. Tona L Wiegel
Growing up with a Papaw and Uncles like Uncle Monroe/James you learned that 'picking' was their love language. And let me say this: they knew how to love. I have way too many memories to list of my Uncle Monroe. He was a well loved person in this world. All the respect to our Aunt Connie who always took such care of him, loved him and showed what marriage is! I am sorry for all of you to lose your daddy. I find joy that he will be joining my daddy Harold and talking big about fishing/hunting. He will be welcomed into heaven by my momma/his sister he loved Daisy, our Papaw and Mamaw, Uncle Pete and our Uncle Robert. Much love and prayers to all. The Tona Russell Wiegel family

I knew James Dodson for a long time. My brother was married to his daughter Susan Russell and had to wonderful kids Shane Michael Russell and Ashley N Russell. Everything time I would see him he would always talk about his Fishing trips because my brother Mike Russell and him loved to fish. The last time I seen Mr.Dodson he had to pull me and my stepdad out of his yard because we got stuck. He was always nice and very nice. He will be missed in these two nieces and nephews lives . Rip love RLJ

Dear Connie, I was so sorry to read of James passing. It reminded me of our young days when we were neighbors on Jackson St. and Jimmy and Dale were babies. I have thought of you so often over the years and the afternoons we enjoyed just visiting. I've really missed those times. I know losing James is going to be a difficult process for you. I lost Bill in 1997 at Thanksgiving. You will be in my heart and prayers. I pray the Lord will give you the comfort, peace of mind and strength that only He can and that you will lean on Him to get you through this difficult loss.
