Woodlawn, AR Monday, March 30, 2020 To the family: I was so saddened when I read of the loss of Mavis. I was another of those teenagers that Brother Joe helped raise at Wilmar Baptist Church. Mavis was always so sweet and thoughtful.I have seen her so seldom over the last few years as we have both aged and had our health issues but she was always the same. My prayer is that the Lord will give you each comfort, peace and the strength that only he can give. Please know that others share your sorrow.
