I served in the armed forces.
Harold Rogert Bell was born March 27, 1931, in College Park, Georgia to the late James Bell and Olivia Persons Bell. He departed on July 29, 2025, at his home.

He was a faithful member of the Israel of God's Church for many years where he served as the Sunday School Superintendent. He would talk to anyone who would listen about the church and brought many of those who would listen to the church. Harold served five years in the U.S. Army and fought in the Korean War. Harold retired from American Motors in Racine, Wisconsin and later moved to Wilmar, Arkansas where he worked for a cable company for many years before working as a maintenance employee and bus driver for both Wilmar and Drew Central Schools. He later retired from Drew Central School District. While working for Drew Central, he met Lisa D. Daniels who he later married on June 9, 1997.

He was preceded in death by his parents; six brothers; and one sister. He is survived by his wife, Lisa D. Bell; his children Michael (Sue), Billie, Herold, Sam (Lisa), Derick (Tyeisha), David (Marcia), Cory (Keyona), Michael Webb (Gail), Jeannette (James), Janet (Leon), Gloria and Effie; one step daughter, Michelle Blake (Bobby); 30 plus grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 9, 2025, at Israel of God Church in Wilmar, AR. There will be a Wake from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home. Burial will be in Lacey Cemetery. You can sign Harold's guestbook registry here on his page.
