Frances Ann Harvey Coalter, 76, of Monticello, passed away Thursday, January 24, 2013 at Drew Memorial Hospital. She was born December 24, 1936 in Royce City, Texas.

She was a retired librarian at UAM and a Catholic. She was the daughter of the late Lonnie Lee Harvey and Marie McCord Monroe and was preceded in death by one brother, Martin Harvey.

Survivors include her husband, Louis Coalter of Monticello; one daughter, Suzie Bennett Flemister of Monticello; one son, Boo Bennett of Green Castle, Indiana; one brother, Mike Harvey of Ft. Worth, TX; three grandchildren, Casey Bennett, Toni Flemister and Brandon Flemister and one great-grandchild, Maci Faith Leek.
