He was a retired truck driver and a Christian. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Jack Donaldson; a sister, Lexa Donaldson and a grandson, Michael Coon.
Survivors include one daughter, Rebecca Coon of Redfield; three brothers, Keith Donaldson of Dermott, Larry Donaldson of Selma and Floyd Donaldson of Cominto; one sister, Iwania Pierce of Monticello; one granddaughter, Stacy Carroll; and one great-great grandson, Aaron Conner.
